Every success story has a visionary behind it. PES is the culmination of the dream of Mr. M. Srinivas Rao who has never let his aspirations fall apart. His life is an inspiration for people with special skills. Society often discriminates, making their life difficult. In his case, all this has made him stand firm in turning his aspirations come to true and PES a reality serving all kinds knowledge and empowerment requirements of general people to employees. He has been a fighter always, challenging various odds existing in society. He wanted to be master of his own destiny.

During his struggling days to make a career, there were days of long standing hours behind experienced designers to understand the designing and its technicality. Yes, world is bold now-a-days, but not at the time of Mr. Srinivas�s learning days. His strong determination and commitment to what he aimed brought light into thousands of underprivileged individuals.

In the process, he came across young men and women from urban and rural areas, who had sufficient academic qualifications but failed to make it due to lack of required technical qualifications. This made him to do something worthwhile for them. That was how he set up PES to cater to the needs of all unemployed youth, turning them into competent, confident and skilled men and women. PES not only empowers the youth but also turns them into responsible citizens.

Today, under the leadership of Mr. M. Srinivas Rao PES is a strong team of more than 50 employees and hundreds of community workers working in the 6 Districts of the Andhra pradesh and 10 of the Telangana namely kadapa, Kurnool, Chittoor, anatahpuram, Prakasam, west Godavari, Adilabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Ranga Reddy, Mahabubnagar, Warangal, Hyderabad, Nalgonda, Nizamabad & Medak. In this journey, PES has gone for public-private partnership to attain sustainable livelihood by empowering unemployed youth into productive and responsible men and women.
