PRISM Educational Society (PES) is a social development organization, which is secular, non-political and non-governmental voluntary organization with an objective to create socio-economic and employment development opportunities for the poor and under-privileged communities in urban and rural areas of districts in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

From the inception, the organization has conducted a wide range of programmes addressing the needs of the communities, where women, youth and underprivileged children are given much priority.

PES was founded in 2011 and right from then the stress was primarily laid on core issues of society right from education to the underprivileged, sustainable livelihoods like skill development management programmes, community development and health to empower the deserving youth and women with sustainable business practices in the rural areas of India. Hence, we act as a catalyst in bridging the gap between the industry requirements and the market availability.

Our focus and determination marked a significant progress in achieving the goals of the organization between the years 2011 - 2017. While, our innovative approach for major activities has remarkably presented its impact are awareness programmes, skill development programmes for unemployed youth, awareness camps on employment generation, entrepreneurship promotional activities, youth welfare activities, environmental awareness, women empowerment programmes and child labour eradication etc.
